Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival and Missed Appointment Policy Please be advised, this policy is in place to ensure that we can provide timely and efficient service to all our clients. Cancellation Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. Late Arrival Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time. Expedition Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for any services required within 48 hours of the consultation. Rescheduling Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for any rescheduling initiated by the client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies to ensure efficient service for all our clients.
